Website Terms of Service
Draft for review. Business details and production service settings are incomplete. This page must be finalized before launch.
1. Scope
These terms concern use of the Opulens AI public website and its illustrative demonstrations. Operator: Not yet supplied—must be completed before production launch. They are separate from any client service agreement, statement of work or data processing agreement.
2. Information and illustrations
Website content explains our approach at a high level. Example leads, conversations and appointments are fictional. They are not testimonials, client records or evidence of results. Scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed separately.
3. No promised results
Marketing and sales outcomes depend on many factors, including the market, budget, offer and your business processes. No particular number of leads, appointments or revenue outcome is guaranteed by this website.
4. AI and external services
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and requires appropriate human judgment. The voice demo is not professional advice or an emergency service. Booking and voice experiences may take place on external services with their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or submit unlawful content. Do not provide passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information to the demonstration.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing the website does not grant rights to redistribute its branding or claim affiliation with Opulens. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and responsibility
Content and service availability may change. These website terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Client delivery obligations are defined in separate written agreements.
8. Contact and final review
Support contact: Not yet supplied—must be completed before production launch. These draft website terms require review for the final operator, target markets and configured services before production launch.
