1. Who operates this website

2. The public website
The public marketing pages do not contain a contact form, phone-number collection, SMS signup or marketing enrollment. Browsing these pages does not start a voice conversation. The hosting provider necessarily receives network information, such as your IP address and requested URL, to deliver the site. Hosting provider and log-retention details must be confirmed before launch.
3. Your preferences
If you save cookie preferences, the site stores those choices in your browser for up to 180 days. This is used to remember your decision. No advertising or analytics integration is enabled in this version. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings.
4. Booking a conversation
Opening /book loads an embedded calendar from our booking provider. Information you submit there is handled under the provider’s notice and used by Opulens to arrange and respond to your request. Booking fields and retention must be reviewed before launch.
5. External AI demonstration
The demo opens with an external AI voice service only after you choose to continue from the disclosure. The conversation may be recorded; transcription may also be enabled. Where enabled, conversation information supports operation, quality review and improvement. Do not share sensitive information. The demo retention period has not been confirmed. Opulens must choose and verify the period before enabling the production demo.
6. Purposes and legal bases
Website delivery and security support the operation of the service. Responding to a requested business conversation may involve steps before an agreement or legitimate business interests, depending on the context. Optional tracking requires the appropriate separate choice. The final operator must document the applicable legal bases, including any recording or transcription basis, before production use.
7. Providers and international processing
Retell AI is the intended external voice-demo provider. No CRM or analytics provider is configured for these public pages. Where a configured provider processes information outside your country, the operator must document processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements before launch. We do not claim that a particular safeguard is already in place.
8. Privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. 9. Retention and updates
Preferences expire after 180 days. Booking records, hosting logs and other business records require a documented retention schedule before launch. This notice must be updated when providers, purposes or collection change.
